MOTORCYCLE RENTAL CONDITIONS:
• A valid ID card or passport
• A valid driving license corresponding to the motorcycle model you wish to rent
• €1000 deposit in cash – refundable upon return of the motorcycle
• Pickup and return of the motorcycle is possible daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM – notify at least 3 days in advance
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL:
• Motorcycle with equipment according to the model
• Comprehensive insurance
• 24-hour roadside assistance
USE OF THE MOTORCYCLE:
• The customer agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition
• The customer agrees to operate the vehicle continuously, respecting traffic laws and all applicable regulations
• Use of the motorcycle for illegal purposes is prohibited
• Use of the motorcycle in competitions or on race tracks is prohibited
• The vehicle may only be operated by the person listed in the contract. If driven by an unauthorized person, the insurance will not cover any damages
• The motorcycle may only be used on paved roads. The customer is responsible for all costs resulting from a breach of this rule
• In case of any damage, repairs during the rental period may only be carried out with the approval of RSZ s.r.o.
• The customer is responsible for any operational damage to the motorcycle caused by misuse
FEES:
• Cancellation of prepaid reservation more than 21 days in advance – 50% of the prepaid amount
• Cancellation of prepaid reservation more than 7 days in advance – 80% of the prepaid amount
• Cancellation of prepaid reservation less than 7 days in advance – 100% of the prepaid amount
• Excessively dirty motorcycle – €30
• Motorcycle returned without a full tank – €40
• Refueling with incorrect fuel – €200 + additional costs
• Loss of license plate or vehicle registration document – €200
• Loss of green card – €20
• Loss of vehicle tools – €50
• Loss of first aid kit – €20
• Administrative fee for processing a fine – €30
• Tire damage (depending on motorcycle type) – €70–€250
• Loss of keys (depending on motorcycle type) – €150–€250
